Asian Duck Cassoulet

This was part of Mother’s Day dinner for 2018.  It’s an Asian take on the French classic cassoulet with edamame instead of white beans.  Lighter than French cassoulet, you can easily serve this dish in the spring, and it is a lovely fusion take on the traditional cassoulet.
