As many of you know, I loathe cooking. So the fact that I actually am putting up a “cooking” recipe is a bit shocking. The reason is simple: I’ve been asked for the recipe, and I have a beautiful photo to accompany it with. Jim made this for me for Mother’s Day dinner last night. It’s simple enough that even inexperienced cooks can make this, and, most importantly, it’s delicious.
